Landscape Design

Professional, site-specific, hand-drawn native plant landscape design for residential and commercial properties across Collier County and Lee County, Florida. Every design is custom — no templates, no computer-generated layouts. Ray Pecheone visits your property personally to assess sun exposure, soil, drainage, and your lifestyle goals before producing a fully hand-crafted plan.

Landscape Lighting

Custom low-voltage LED landscape lighting systems for residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. Accent lighting, path lighting, uplighting, moonlighting, and smart-control integration. Available as part of new installations or as a standalone retrofit to an existing landscape.

Landscape Installation

Full-service landscape installation managed and executed by a Licensed Landscape Contractor (Collier and Lee Counties). Licensed Landscape Contractor in Collier County and Lee County, Florida. Director at Large, Florida Association of Native Nurseries (FANN). Lecturer for the UF/IFAS Master Gardeners program, the Florida Association of Native Nurseries, and the Florida Native Plant Society. Designs every landscape personally by hand — no computer-generated plans.

Chris Traikoff — Landscape Architect, BSLA

Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture (BSLA), The Ohio State University. Brings formal landscape architecture training and large-scale project experience to Southwest Florida. Notable projects include contributing to the landscape design of Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and Arlington Heights Sports Park in Riverside, California. Specializes in site design, ecological planning, and residential and commercial native plant landscapes in Southwest Florida.

Florida native plants are species that lived in Florida before European settlement. Adapted to local climate, soils, and rainfall, they support native wildlife, require less water and fertilizer once established, resist local pests, and are significantly more hurricane-resilient than exotic species.
